Today’s topic is going to be about animal rights, specifically their rights in NC. There has been kind of a fight going on in Guilford County about an animal cruelty case. There were numerous calls (15) made to the High Point Police about the abuse to several Pitt Bull dogs. So most normal people would think that after 15 calls somebody would at least do a drive by but nothing happened. Ok Animal rights Nazi’s (1) Police (0) let’s be fair the cops dropped the ball. No the Rights group who has count them 7 tapes all together, I’m sorry the HSUS has some they will show but not turn over to Law Enforcement. Shows it to the cops, cops say sorry not enough evidence. Nazi’s go postal. Nazi’s (1) Police (1). So they release footage to local TV station (different footage than was shown the first time) and get a warrant issued for abuser’s arrest. Police go get 4 dogs, there were more but the guy (now alerted by the media, is gone) Police arrest wrong guy and release him. Nazi’s (2) Police (1) to this date Police are currently searching for the suspect. I know what you’re thinking, “Doc at this point it seems like they are doing the right thing why are you calling them Nazi’s?” If it had stopped here I would agree, you see dear reader the Guilford county DA told the Nazi’s that it was still a misdemeanor not a felony, again Nazi’s go postal and start their smear campaign, can’t take what the law provides and move on, oh no, they intend to start legislating from the bench and I think we have all had enough of that, laws should be made by the bodies the Constitution provided for not by activist judges. So now they are spamming the internet to have everyone call these officials and demand justice! They have nightmares, can’t sleep etc…………… Ok so Nazi’s (2) Police (2) So we are tied, why call them Nazi’s well because of all their bitching an complaining the dogs after being picked up were later euthanized as per policy of the Guilford County Animal Shelter. Nazi’s (2) Police (3) Dogs (dead) Here is where I have the biggest problem, If you do the research that these people claim to have done, then they should have known if the dogs were picked up they would be killed. “But Doc what should they have done?” This is where being realistic comes in, because as they say it’s about the dogs. I know at least a half of dozen INDEPENDENT rescue groups that after one call would have “acquired” these dogs and gotten them to safety and they would still be alive today. That’s what they should have done and them lobby (since that’s what they are good at) local officials to CHANGE existing law. But they want things done their way and done right now. I guess a thief in the night doesn’t get all the glory. So to the group of people (and you know who you are) Here is your glory. “Four dogs lost their life last week so that local animal rights activists could feel good about themselves at their expense.” Yes ladies, you killed those dogs just as sure as if you were holding the blue shot yourself, now see how you sleep.
